By accessing RentalQ you agree to these terms. If you are using RentalQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Use RentalQ only for lawful rental operations. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, or use the platform to send spam or misuse customer information.

Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

You own the data you enter. We process it to provide the service. You can export your data at any time, and we will delete it in line with our privacy policy when you close your account.

We work hard to keep RentalQ available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees beyond those stated in any applicable service level agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentalQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
